Reports Due

Evangelism Reports

Each church is required to complete a quarterly evangelism report showing members gained and lost during the quarter. This report is available through Data Services (http://data.ngumc.org). Information is due by the 15th of the month following the end of the quarter (April 15, July 15, October 15, and January 15).

Charge Conference Reports

Each church is required to complete certain reports that are to be given to the District Superintendent at the Charge Conference. Click here to download a copy of the checklist of all required reports. All reports can be accessed through Data Services and need to be completed online. Reports should then be printed and proper signatures obtained. To get to Data Services, go to http://data.ngumc.org. Enter your username (4 digit church number) and church password. Click on "Charge Conference" and the necessary reports will be listed.

The District Office is offering 2 Charge Conference workshops on Tuesday, September 7. One at 1:00pm and another at 7:00pm. At these workshops, we will go over how to complete all the required reports online. Clergy and laity are invited to attend, but you do need to call ahead and make a reservation.

Clergy Evaluation Forms

All Clergy Evaluation forms are due in the district office no later than October 22, 2010. This includes Form A-1 that is to be completed by the clergy; Form A-2 that is to be completed by the SPR Committee and Forms B & C that are to be complted jointly by the clergy and committee. Copies of the forms were given to pastors at the recent Set Up Meeting. Forms can also be accessed and completed online through Data Services (although you are not required to complete these online).
