Evangelism Reports

Each church is required to complete a quarterly evangelism report showing members gained and lost during the quarter. This report is available through Data Services. Information is due by the 15th of the month following the end of the quarter (April 15, July 15, October 15, and January 15). Access Data Services through the Conference website, www.ngumc.org, on the "Resources" page.
